Jili demo Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Platform Usage Policy

• All game results are final once a round is completed. Any technical complaints must be submitted within 24 hours of the incident.
• If a connection drop occurs during an active round, the jili demo system will automatically complete the round in accordance with the game's predefined logic.
• Jili demo reserves the right to void and refund bets placed on outcomes that were already known or subsequently found to have occurred (where a match had started or concluded) without the system's knowledge.
• For Sports Betting, displayed odds are real-time and subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Accepted bets are settled at the odds applicable at the time of confirmation.
• Any attempt to exploit technical bugs or vulnerabilities in the jili demo gaming system constitutes a serious breach of these terms.

All jili demo members are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly while using the platform. The following behaviour is strictly prohibited and may result in action being taken against your account:

• Fraud, hacking, or any attempt to access another member's account without authorisation

• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker games or tournaments

• Creating multiple accounts or abusing the bonus system

If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to fraud, any valid remaining balance will be returned to your original payment method within 7–14 business days. Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the jili demo support team.

Jili demo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use our platform, including but not limited to:

In all circumstances, jili demo's maximum liability to any member is limited to the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Jili demo reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon posting on jilidemo.im, unless a different effective date is specified.

Jili demo will make reasonable efforts to notify members of material amendments via their registered email or in-platform notifications. However, it remains the member's responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the jili demo platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, while all remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
